Role Definition
A Junior React Native Developer is responsible for assisting in the development of cross-platform mobile applications. This role involves learning mobile development best practices, collaborating with the team, and contributing to coding, integration, and performance optimization using React Native under mentorship.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Assist in building mobile applications using React Native framework
Support the team in translating client requirements into app functionality
Help in debugging, testing, and fixing mobile app issues
Learn and implement techniques for performance optimization
Integrate APIs and third-party libraries into mobile apps
Task and Activity
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers for seamless integration
Write clean and maintainable JavaScript/ES6+ code using React Native components
Learn and use state management tools like Redux or MobX
Work with RESTful APIs and implement app functionality
Assist in using native build tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, or Gradle
Gain hands-on experience in cross-platform compatibility (iOS & Android)
Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews
Stay updated on React Native tools, performance techniques, and mobile dev trends
Minimum Qualification ( Any Major )
BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / BCA / MSc (CS/IT)
Desired Skills
Basic understanding of React Native and its ecosystem
Knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, Redux or MobX
Exposure to REST APIs, third-party library integration, and mobile debugging
Familiarity with tools like Xcode, Android Studio, or Gradle
Academic project or internship experience in React Native is a plus
Strong logical thinking and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of Git and version control practices
Eagerness to learn performance optimization for mobile apps
Note: Candidates with hands-on React Native development experience, a strong command of mobile app development, and familiarity with cross-platform best practices will be preferred.
